Jessica Trollip

Physiotherapist

I completed my BSc in Physiotherapy at UCT and graduated in 2009. I have accumulated a wide range of experience, with a specific focus on rehabilitation. I approach both life and work with great passion and firmly believe that a good sense of humor and a positive outlook can empower individuals to overcome their obstacles

Julian Smith

Physiotherapist

I earned my BSc in Physiotherapy from UCT in 2007. In 2013, I expanded my skills by completing a one-year course in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy. Additionally, I have a strong passion for running.

I earned my BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town in 2021. My passion lies in helping individuals achieve a pain-free and active lifestyle through evidence-based rehabilitation. When I’m not at work, I often immerse myself in the world of art and exploring different culinary experiences.

I graduated with a BSc in Occupational Therapy from UCT in 2006. My role in occupational therapy within the vocational rehabilitation sphere allows me to rehabilitate, educate, support, and empower individuals, ensuring a safe return to work and life after injuries or illnesses. The most rewarding aspect of my work is witnessing the positive transformation in my patients, instilling hope, worth, and empowerment.

Lauren Purdy

I am a 2018 UWC graduate with a BSc in Occupational Therapy. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to regain independence and confidence post-injury, illness, or surgery. Professionally, I’ve completed numerous hand therapy courses and continue to expand my knowledge in hand therapy and pain management.

Salwaa Abdurahman

Occupational Therapist

I’m an occupational therapist specializing in hand, neurological, and vocational rehabilitation. Assisting patients on their return-to-work journeys brings me great fulfillment. My dedication to continuous learning is driven by the chance to meet new people and aid them in their recovery journeys.

I’m the front desk administrator at LSI Milnerton. I’m a devoted Christian, a family-oriented individual, and an effective communicator. My work ethic is characterized by diligence, going the extra mile, and consistently striving to exceed expectations.

I’m passionate about people, photography, and nature. My current role as a driver emphasizes safety, reliability, and daily patient interactions. I maintain a consistently positive approach and am open to new experiences. My work experiences have highlighted the significance of teamwork, customer service, and continual improvement.

I am a driver at LSI, Milnerton and have been happily married for many years with two children and two adorable grandchildren. I’m a Jack of all trades. My interests are playing golf, spending time my family, practicing my religion, going on holidays and the occasional street race.

I work as a general worker and greatly enjoy interacting with my diverse colleagues. I’m a proud parent of three beautiful children. In my free time, I take pleasure in cleaning, cooking and cherishing quality moments with my family.
